School Operations
Attendance, scheduling, records, finance, and parent communication in one place. The ERP layer of the school, built custom, not bolted on.
01The operating system for post-traditional education
Era is an agentic OS that gives schools, educators, and families sovereign control over their data and their AI, powered by an integrated suite of tools built around each individual child.
First deployment: Seroond, Yerevan · launching September 2026
Our bet
Over the next three to five years, we expect a mass exodus of students out of the traditional education system. Not because families stop valuing education, but because
the system can't adapt fast enough.
The pace of change driven by AI is outrunning institutions built for a slower world. Curricula, credentials, and the school-day model were not designed to move at this speed, and they won't catch up in time.
When that happens, millions of students, their families, and the educators who leave alongside them will need something to land on.
The opportunity
An exodus this size creates a vacuum. Displaced students need continuity of learning. Families need tools they can trust with their children's data. Educators leaving the system need somewhere to teach on their own terms.
Today, that's a patchwork of disconnected apps: one for grades, one for messaging, one for scheduling, none of them talking to each other, and none of them owned by the people using them.

The solution
Era is an agentic operating system for education. Instead of a dozen disjointed apps, Era is one integrated environment where every tool, module, and piece of data is connected, and centered on the individual child.
We converge and contextualize each student's data across their entire learning life, while giving teachers and administrators the controls to operate everything at the level of the whole school.
One operating system underneath everything. Every app on this page runs on top of it.
Differentiators
Schools and families own their data. Era is built so control never leaves the people the data belongs to. In the cloud, or on hardware inside the school's own country: owned, not rented.
The intelligence layer works for you, not the other way around: owned, in-country inference, the best model routed to each job today, Era's own education-tuned models over time, and h00.sh enforcing the school's own rules on every AI-to-child interaction.
Era is built to pass the most rigorous governance and compliance audits, so institutions can adopt it without inheriting risk. Nothing enters a child's record without a human approving it.
Every module addresses one real area of school operations, and they all share the same connected foundation, instead of the disjointed tools schools juggle today.
# same codebase, you choose where it runs # h00.sh enforces school doctrine on every AI call to a child era deploy --target local → runs on the school's own machines → data never leaves the building # one build. private schools and ministries.

In use
The best classroom software is the kind a teacher barely notices. Era captures what matters, then gets out of the way.

The product
Built on the operating system you just saw: apps Era builds for the school, and third-party apps that plug in through the same API. The school assembles the school it wants.
Prototype in build, iterated live with Seroond teachers · beta opens September 2026 at the first Seroond School, Yerevan
Attendance, scheduling, records, finance, and parent communication in one place. The ERP layer of the school, built custom, not bolted on.
01One evolving picture per child: what a teacher observes day to day, and honest evidence of growth and mastery, gathered in one place instead of scattered across five.
02Choose a curriculum from a menu, or build your own. Every objective maps to national standards, so the plan and the profile finally live in the same place.
03Pick a whole approach, Seroond or Montessori, and the OS configures the school around it: curriculum, planning, and the profile, all aligned to that model.
04Third-party apps plug in through the same API Era's own apps use: an AI tutor, a library system, anything a school already relies on. Anyone can build on the OS. The school decides what belongs in its suite.

In the classroom
A profile in Era is built from real moments a teacher noticed, not a form filled in at the end of term.

The flagship app, built first
The first app Era builds on that operating system. The teacher, the assistant, the psychologist, the parent, and the child each hold a piece. AI helps it add up. A human decides what's true.
No black boxes. No invented labels.
Why now
The same force straining the old system, the speed of AI, is what makes Era possible. Agentic AI is what lets one integrated OS do what previously took a dozen vendors and an IT department.
The window is opening now, at exactly the moment families are looking for the exit.
